Handling of service providers for M&E and allied hard services for smooth and trouble free operation of services like Electrical power supply, PS power supply,HVAC ,PAC, fire detection and firefighting systems, critical room maintenance, emergency power supply ,water supply etc.
Coordination with Landlord appointed building managers for day to day operation and complaints management for landlord managed services.
Handling of service providers under annual maintenance contracts.
Coordinating with other business units in the building for day to day operational requirements like VIP visits and other employee events.
The person will be required to work in flexible shifts.

Education Qualification:
Candidate should be BE/ B.Tech./ Diploma in Electrical.

Should have worked with UPS System, BMS, DG Set, Chillers, Coolers, HVAC and other machines for maintenance.
Coordination with Landlord appointed building managers for day to day operation and complaints management for landlord managed services.
Handling of service providers under annual maintenance contracts.
Coordinating with other business units in the building for day to day operational requirements like VIP visits and other employee events.
The person will be required to work in flexible shifts.
